Hello, and welcome to Figma News Fridays! Also thank you for waiting a few extra games. I’ve been uh gaming, and only now have been able to tear myself away. We have A LOT to look at this week, so let’s get started!

Amatsukaze Release Date Announced
W-wait. Wasn’t she delayed to May last week? I guess they got her out after all?
And already releasing?! But it was just yesterday that I decided to pass on Boat Girls. I’m glad I did because Sword Boys now rule my heart.
Amatsukaze will be released April 30th. Ready yourselves.
More Racing Miku 2015 Photos
Surely we’ve seen enough Racing Miku 2015, right? No! Never! GSC wants to be sure that I’m doubly sure I’m not ordering her. I’m sorry GSC, I’m prioritizing Sword Boys! And random impulses. Seriously I bought two scaled figures this month.
This is one of GSC’s best Racing Miku designs though in my opinion. Much better than subtle variations of the same outfit.
Solid Snake: MGS2 ver. Delayed
A super delay for a super Solid Snake(eww)! Snake is delayed from April to June.
Link Re-release Preorders Begin
From the popular game ‘The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword’ comes a rerelease of figma Link!
Using the smooth yet poseable joints of figma, you can act out a variety of different scenes.
A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
He comes with his standard gallant expression, as well as a powerful shouting face for combat poses.
The Master Sword as well as the Hylian Shield are both included. They can also be carried on his back as they did in the game.
A poseable figma stand is included, which allows various poses to be taken.
Link retails for 3619 yen and will be released in September.

TOMYTEC’s ‘LittleArmory’ series is a set of weapons that can be used by 1/12th scale figures. This set of figma hands allows figma figures to hold the weapons from the LittleArmory set! The hands are modelled off tactical gloves with knuckle guards, which combined with the realistic guns in the LittleArmory series will leave your figmas ready for anything!
The new Stealth Black color gives your figma figures an all new way of keeping themselves hidden in the darkness! Each set includes four different hands for a total of eight pieces that allow the guns to be held, readied and carefully aimed! Use them together with the LittleArmory set for all sorts of new posing options!
* Parts are sold as a connected plastic kit. Parts require no assembly but do require tools to be cut apart.
* This is a set of hand parts that allow figma figures to hold items from TOMYTEC’s LittleArmory set.
* The LittleArmory weapons and figma figures are not included. This kit includes the hand parts only.
* Parts are made to work best with the latest figma figures (No.200 and over). Please note that older figures may not be compatible.
The gloves retail for 900 yen and are scheduled for September.
I don’t really care about having more figma weapons, but black gloves are always good to have. I have nothing due in September so far(quite surprising actually), but if I do, I may get a set.
And the Coyote Tan gloves are being re-released!

This day GSC had their Nico Nico broadcast and showed off new figure parts! Looks like there’s another Sword Boy in my future, but we’re here for figmas…
Bruce Lee Still Exists
So…Bruce Lee was announced two years ago but has been chillin’ in figma purgatory since then. Still no definite news, but he popped up in the broadcast alongside several figures who are almost ready for order, so he has not been forgotten!
Rin Tohsaka 2.0 Previewed
Rin Tohsaka figma #2! So far Rin is looking good with glasses, a magic effect part, and two cute faces. Her sculpt is also much much better quality than the first Rin figma.
But there is one sad thing. See that totally cute closed eye face in the corner? *whispers* it’s GSC shop exclusive.
This just might be the exclusive accessory to push me over the edge(I know I say that every time) because it is different from the standard faces. But regardless, Rin looks nice, so I think I will get her.
She is currently scheduled for September(gloves time?) with a pending price.
Shujinkou Previewed
Ahem I thought I made it clear that the only Persona character I want to see figmas of is Aegis. I demand 5 more Aegis figmas to make up for this.
Accessories look good until you learn that he’s 6000 yen. 6000 yen.

Never Outgrew Toys 
Sad that Luci’s been delayed (not surprised), but Amatsukaze’s cuteness should cheer me up.
If they make the Sword Boys into figmas I’ll cave. The one that just went up for pre-order is screaming out for me to buy him for body swaps. Really nice designs all around.
Skyward Sword Link gets yet another re-release, meanwhile people are still waiting for any sign of a prototype for the Link Between Worlds version.
Rin looks good, but she’ll likely be expensive -as figmas are now- and the lack of her red coat is disappointing.

Not surprised about Lucina either since almost everybody I talk to says they caved and ordered her XD
*sniff* I was only to get Mikazuki, but ended up with Kashyuu too. I’ll most likely get every sword boy nendo unless it’s a character I genuinely don’t like(thankfully there are a couple). I also need figmas and plushes. And a scale or two.
Funny that they haven’t jumped on that Link yet. Maybe it’s just easier atm to glide on the current Link’s popularity.

Need to see risette! I’m surprised they haven’t done a figure for her yet. That Bruce lee one looks a little off. Especially in the pant section. Looks like a giant panty or something due to the sculpt. Or the way the sumo thing is tied to your lower half.
