Welcome to Figma News Fridays on December 12th! That means that Christmas is SOON!
This week had lots of releases and even a reveal, so let’s get started!
In case you did not know, Kantai Collection is a mobile game. Aside from their usual forms, the girls all have a damaged form which depicts them with torn clothing. Shimakaze’s damaged form has received several figures already, and although a bit racy(that snapped thong), it’s ok. This damaged version of Amatsukaze I find seriously creepy though. There’s a difference between taking your clothes off and having them ripped off. I know that nobody is ripping her clothes off, but I just don’t like the implications here.
Preorders have not begun, but she is currently scheduled for May 2015.
Uwwaaah the more I look at her, the cuter she gets!
Chariot will be release on December 25th.
From the card fighting arcade game ‘Sengoku Taisen’ comes a figma of Ninsatsu Hattori Hanzou!
Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can act out a variety of different scenes
A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
His spear and sword are both included as well as a fluttering scarf part for more dynamic action poses.
A selection of speech bubbles and battle texts are included on plastic sheets to display beside him.
An articulated figma stand is included, which allows various poses to be taken.
Hattori retails for 5000 yen and will be released in June 2015.
So for a long time I thought Hattori was a fancy garlic laden Ninja Slayer, but apparently that isn’t true and he has nothing to do with Ninja Slayer at all! They just share an uncanny resemblance!
Regardless of what he’s from, this guy looks cool!
That brings this week to an end! How do you feel about the news this week?
